Tasting Note
Dry, dark amber coloured wine aged over 30 years with intense nutty aroma and very long on palate. D.O. Jerez-Xeres-Sherry. This wine is initially matured to become a Manzanilla and then “oxidatively” aged in oak butts for many years to become an outstanding “Amontillado” Color: Dark Amber. Aroma: Nutty (hazelnuts) and antique oak wood. Flavor: Dry, full nutty flavor with finesse. Serving suggestions: Best served in a wine glass. Perfect aperitif or with cheeses, pate, nuts.
