“La Gitana Aniversario” is coming to the market in celebration of our 225 years from the Foundation of the Hidalgo La Gitana Winery, started by Mr. Jose Pantaleon in the year 1792, when King George III was ruling Great Britain. This extraordinary wine with a limited production of 1,792 bottles was aged for 15 years in our Cathedral style winery “San Luis”, the closest cathedral winery to the Atlantic Ocean in the whole appellation. This special edition shares some characteristics of all of our wine: elegance, finess and saltyness.

Tasting Note
Clear deep gold color with green hue. Pronounce intensity, pungent and powerful with aromas of chamomile, marzipan, smokiness and cooked almonds. Very elegant, silky and creamy on the mouth. Reminiscence of chalk and saltiness. A very long finish and complexity.
