Tasting Notes:
Deep reddish-purple color. Aromas of sweet spice, black cherry, black plum, and a touch of bacon leads to vanilla and black fruit flavors. Ripe and succulent with nice minerality. Finish is soft and spicy.


Grape:
Carinena 50%, Garnacha 50%


Vineyards:
Soil with high concentration of clay, schist, and limestone. Vineyards of an average of 40 years of age.


Vinification process:
14 months in new French Allier oak casks and 6 months in the bottle.
