Tasting Notes:
It has a slightly savory bouquet with touches of licorice and marjoram. The palate has decent balance with supple black fruit, although the finish is showing a touch of attenuation and dryness.

100% Tempranillo

Vines trained on wires. Pruning as ruled by D.O.C. Rioja. A deleafing is made at the beginning of the summer and a green harvesting in August so as to ensure the quality of our wines. Vines 15 years old.

Vinification process:
Handpicked Alcoholic fermentation 15 days in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature between 25 º and 28 º Celsius. Malolactic fermentation in a stainless steel tank for 20 days.

Aging process:
Aged in oak for 18 months, American oak, medium toast plus a method clarification for 21 days with albumin preparation.
