Tasting Notes:
It has a dark, cherry colour with a violet rim. There are beautiful fresh fruit primary aromas backed by some oaky vanilla hints. On the palate, it has a good backbone. It is half-bodied, fresh, fruity and tannins add an attractive finish. Wide aftertaste, with a balsamic character.

100% Tempranillo

Vines trained on wires. Pruning as ruled by D.O. Rioja. A deleafing is made at the beginning of the summer and a green harvesting so as to ensure the quality of our wines. Vines 15 years old.

Vinification process:
For the alcoholic fermentation 15 days in stainless steel tanks at a temperature between 25º and 28º Celsius; the malolactic fermentation 20 days in stainless steel tanks after the alcoholic fermentation.

Aging process:
14 months.
