Tasting Notes:
Sourced from older vines and spent 30 months in barrel. It reveals an already complex bouquet of cedar, tobacco, spice box, incense, black cherry, and blackberry liqueur. Suave on the palate, it has loads of succulent fruit, impeccable balance, tons of spice, and several years of cellaring potential. This lengthy offering can be enjoyed through 2025 if not longer.

100% Tempranillo

Soil is extremely poor, very dry and mostly clay-calcareous character, with some sandy spots.

Vinification process:
Grapes are picked by hand in 14kg crates, fermented for 9 days at between 23c and 28c and then macerated for a further 10 days. During this time, when the maximum temperature of fermentation is reached, we carry out a daily process of pumping over. After 30 months of let the wine rest in barrels of three different types of oak its begin the process of barrels during 18 month in a bottle.
