Reserva Familia Cabernet
Tasting Notes:
Intense ruby red color, clear and shiny. The aroma is intense, complex, spicy with delicate touches of vanilla, smoke, tobacco and coffee contributed by oak. The wine has a good structure with soft tannins and a good astringency.

100 % Cabernet Sauvignon


Vineyards:
The Falasco Family is deeply rooted in the winemaking industry with over 70 years’ of experience. The use of grapes from vines grown on different soils, climates and regions in Mendoza, where winters are chilly, summers are dry and warm, nights are cool, soils are rich and melt water from the Andes is used for irrigating them. This allows to obtain a high quality product both in young wines and wines with aging potential.


Vinification process:
Classic process, with selected yeast and at 23-28°C (73-78°F) controlled temperature. There is 20-day maceration process and natural malolactic fermentation.


Aging process:
12 months in American and French oak barrels and 6-month bottle aging.
