Tasting Notes:
Deep ruby red colour; clean and bright. Powerful aroma, Lactic, red fruits and spicy notes. Good evolution from the secondary aromas (vanilla, cacao and toast notes).Complex palate and well structure with ripe tannins in good balance with alcohol-acidity. Fruity bouquet well blended with toast, cacao and vanilla.

90% Tempranillo, 5% Graciano y 5% Garnacha.

Own vineyards. Average yield: 40 HL/ Ha

Vinification process:
Traditional, 100 % destemmed. Temperature-controlled fermentation between 25 and 28 C. Extended maceration on the skins for 16 days starting with a pisage during the first days and two daily pump-overs.

Aging process:
12 months in Bordeaux barrels of French and American oak. Age of the barrels: maximum "3 wines barrels". Racked regularly every 6 months.
