Gran Vino - Borgoņa
Tasting Notes:
This wine is made with a grape variety named in Peru as Borgoņa, also known in other American countries as Isabela and Concord. Sight: Dark cherry with purple rim. Nose: Fuity, typical concord grape aromas. Palate: Tasty and sweet, light bodied. A medium sweet wine that reflects the friendly and casual character of south american nature.
Raised at our own vineyards at Caņete Valley, this variety has taken advantage of the dry and sunny weather of southern Peru to develop its remarkable properties for making wine. Easy to drink and versatile, it can be served chilled for barbecues, picnics or casual suppers; or at room temperature. Matches great with spicy and sweet-sour dishes, seasoned meats and pasta.
