Tasting Notes:
Dark cherry color with violet hints. Surprising on the nose with fine toasty notes that came from the enveloping and lasting in the mouth. The aromas found in the nose return to the palate becoming meaty with very soft tannins, silk and smooth.

Malbec, Garnacha Tintoreta Syrah, Graciano y Cabernet Franc

30 years old. 500 meters. Calcareous soil and low in organic matter.

Vinification process:
Harvest recollected in 12 kg cases, alcoholic fermentation (24C/75F) during two weeks in stain steel tanks.

Aging process:
10 months in French oak
