CVNE Rosado
Tasting Notes:
Bright strawberry on soft purple background. Elegant floral aromas with intense aromas of red fruits such as strawberries, raspberries and currants. Wine of great typicity to be a single varietal Tempranillo. Unctuous palate and balanced acidity.


Grape:
100% Tempranillo.


Vineyards:
In Rioja Alta the soils split themselves between calcareous and alluvial. The calcareous soils spread themselves in small plots structed on terraces. Its red wines are rich on glycerin and have a good color. The alluvial soils, are near the river. These soils are highly permeable, and their water retention capacity is variable.


Vinification process:
Handpicked Tempranillo grapes and incubated in stainless steel tanks where applying initially low temperature prevents fermentation. The pink wine is already bleeding between 24 and 48 hours of barreling, when we determine that the color is right. The fermentation takes place without the solid phase of skins and seeds, with a controlled temperature between 16 C and 18 C to maintain and fruit aromas characterize this wine.


Aging process:
Stainless steel.
