Il Coure Rosso Clasico
Tasting Notes:
Rosso Classico creates a rich and exuberant expression of berries, plums and ripe cherries. Syrah is the principle grape variety for this vintage, and contributes effusive ripe cherry flavors and good acidity to cut through spicy cuisine. Zinfandel offers bold fruit flavor and black pepper with dark color, while Carignane from this region provides jammy complexity and spicy character. Sangiovese from old plantings adds succulent plum nuances, pleasant spice and great color.
