Tasting Notes:
The older vineyards deliver a nose of earthly minerality, violets, spice notes and a blackberry on a smooth-textured frame. Nicely balanced they offer plenty of enjoyment. Cincel wines are for those interested in discovering what traditionally style Rioja is all about without spending a fortune.


Grape:
95% Tempranillo- 5% Gracciano and Mazuelo


Vineyards:
The vineyard showed good vegetative development, in excellent condition, with significant rainfall.


Vinification process:
Made by the traditional method of Rioja, with a total stripping. Keep in American oak barrels for 24 months, where semi-racking. The first 12 months in new oak and the rest in preowned.


Aging process:
Keep in American oak 24 months, with six-racking, the first 12 months in new oak and the rest in preowned.

13% vol
