Tasting Notes:
Highlight marking and elegant deep red ruby and slightly towards amber, with a high layer. The nose is very deep with notes of vanilla, leather, fruit and spices resulting complex and very nice with great persistence. In mouth is huge, complex, powerful, solid, very well filed, velvety, intense aftertaste resulting marked by its great balance of tannin and fruit.


Grape:
95% de Tempranillo, 5% de Graciano and Mazuelo


Vineyards:
This Special Reserve, comes from vines over 60 years old.


Vinification process:
The collection was selecting manually. Making process that was performed by the traditional system of Rioja, ie, stripping all, and controlling the fermentation temperature so that it does not exceed 30C during the process.


Aging process:
Remained 26 months in new oak barrels different, to get some very unique notes.
