Tasting Notes:
Very intense and brilliant, cardinal red with very pronounced blue borders. It offers up a refined perfume with mineral and earth notes, it is very intense with mature fruity notes, integrated well with the wood, very elegant in nose. Very powerful, the entry is very expressive, marking the mature fruit with special notes. Long-bodied and round, it is a wine to enjoy calmly in good company. Should be drunk at 16-18ºC.


Grape:
A hundred percent Tempranillo.


Vineyards:
Sourced for the older parcels, more than eighty years old, which belongs to the winery.


Vinification process:
The first fermentation process don´t exceed 28ºC , and this temperature is controlled all the time , maceration is between 18-21ºC. Malolactic fermentation takes place in the oak barrels


Aging process:
This wine spends more than 18-20 months on French oak barrel they are medium toast. About six month on the bottle.
