Tasting Notes:
Attractive strong cherry red color. It smells of predominantly red and black berries with toffee and coffee hints. It´s succulent on the mouth with strong and well-integrated tannins. Balsamic and persistent velvet finish. Should be drunk at 18ºC.
A hundred percent Tempranillo
Own parcels, which are situated in slopes orientated at south way with a clay soil, have more than 25 years old.
Vinification process:
The Fermentation process don´t exceed 30ºC ,and this temperature is controlled all the time , maceration is about twenty five days.
Aging process:
This wine spends more than 20 months on French oak barrel they are medium toast, and about 16 months in bottle.
