Tasting Notes:
Intense cherry red color. Smell of remarkable complexity of aromas coming from floral notes of blue petals through mature red fruit to coffee, cocoa, vanilla and toffee tones. Round and sweet with a surrounding and intense velvet finish. It has a lovely modern-styled effort displays a supple texture, impeccable balance, and a synthesis of elegance and power. Should be drunk at 16-18ºC

A hundred percent Tempranillo.

Sourced for a special premium parcel with a sixty years old and with a microclimatic condition and a clay soil, its grapes production is so limited.

Vinification process:
The first fermentation process don´t exceed 28ºC , and this temperature is controlled all the time , maceration is between 18-21ºC depending all the time the year. Malolactic fermentation, the second one , take place in French oak barrels.

Aging process:
This wine spends more than 18-20 months on French oak barrel they are medium toast and six month on the bottle.
